Goal: agree on the format & the metric, then wire this into the Dev War Room for real-time feature tracking. How to use
  1. Set who you are. Pick your name when prompted (MJ / Seth / Chris V / Chris B) — it signs your grades, stars & comments.
  2. Grade readiness. Each feature sits on a track: Building → Working → v1·Beta → v2·Ready → Live (PM is our "Live" benchmark). The dashed line is client-ready. Drag the bar or open a feature to set its stage — every move is logged by name, so where each of us draws the line is captured, not overwritten.
  3. Vote Core Offering. Four star columns, one per person. Click the star in your column on any feature you consider core — a row shows one star per person who agrees.
  4. Comment. Click a feature's name to open it → Discussion → add your take. Threaded, signed, saved.
